We believe the Halifax website tells you all you need to know to make an informed decision about taking out one of our products.  If you'd like more general information, the Financial Services Authority (FSA), may be able to help.  The FSA is the UK's financial watchdog set up by government to regulate financial services and protect your rights.  As an independent organisation, they are completely impartial and will not try to sell you anything.
