Managing power of attorney accounts online
If you already have power of attorney and would like to be able to manage your donor's accounts online, or open new accounts on their behalf, you'll need visit your local branch.

You'll be required to present your power of attorney document and provide suitable identification to confirm your name and address.

The power of attorney document must grant you full authority to deal with all of your donor's financial affairs, not just specific accounts, for you to be able to manage your donor's accounts online.

We'll then register you for online banking as the attorney to your donor. This registration will be completely separate to any online access you may have for your own personal accounts, and will have separate sign-in details.

If you act as attorney for more than one donor, you'll be given separate access with different sign-in details for each donor's accounts.
