Better statements
You can now see statements for the last six years for your savings and current accounts. Even better, you can search them too. If you have a Halifax Credit Card, you can see a 'mini-statement' on the 'My Accounts' page and see statements for the last 3 months - making it even easier to keep track of your money.
Better information with mobile alerts
Avoid going over your overdraft limit by mistake. If you're a personal current account customer, you can register for our free mobile alerts service. Choose the alerts you want and get the information you need:
- Weekly balance advice alerts. Keep on top of your balance with a weekly text.
- Limit alerts. Find out if you're near or over an agreed overdraft limit.
- Low balance alerts. Know when your balance drops below an amount that you choose.
- High balance alerts. Know when your balance goes above an amount that you set.
Better control and personalisation
You can take control of your Online Banking experience to make it better suited to your needs. One way is to rename your accounts so that they show with a name that's chosen by you. For example: ‘Joint Account’ or ‘Holiday savings’ – whatever works for you.
