You can get up to £3,000 interest free overdraft for the length of your course, and up to a year after you graduate. You can apply to extend this amount, but would be subject to fees. If you want a larger overdraft speak to a member of staff in branch or over the phone.
The amount of overdraft you get depends on your circumstances and whether you make regular payments into your account and you’ll need to be over 18 and live in the UK. Overdrafts are repayable on demand.
So, if you use a planned overdraft of £1,200 the interest rate we charge will be 0% EAR variable.
