We offer 3 levels of service on a 'no let no fee' basis - Let Only, Rent Management and Property Management.
Tenant
We have made it really simple for you to find a suitable property. If there is nothing available at the moment, why not sign up to our property alert service so you can be assured of knowing when new properties come up for rent.
Landlord
Halifax Estate Agents have a knowledgeable team of agents that can advise you on all aspects of the letting process. We can make the process simple and straight-forward.
Energy Performance Certificates
From 1st October 2008 landlords are required to ensure a valid EPC is made available to all new tenants. Halifax Estate Agency Lettings can order this on your behalf and provide support and guidance throughout the process.
