• Full details of your claim.

Travel insurance

To make a travel insurance claim please call 0845 604 9839 (Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm) or write to Halifax travel claims department, PO Box 1037, Oakleigh House, Cardiff CF11 1HU.

Total mortgage protection plan

Should you wish to make a claim under your plan, you should telephone the TMPP Administration Unit on 0845 600 1751  to request a claim form.
