Important update about Halifax Pet Insurance

We are aware that some customers are having difficulty finding alternative cover for their pet's pre-existing condition after their Halifax Pet Insurance policy has ended.

As arrangements are no longer in place to provide Halifax Pet Insurance policies, we're aiming to offer a completely new policy for those customers who were covered for their pet's pre-existing conditions under their Halifax Pet Insurance policy.

How long will this take?
We're doing everything we can to have this in place by the end of June 2012 however this is a very complex process that will take us some time to work through.

What will happen next?
We're writing to all customers whose pets have pre-existing conditions to let them know what's happening. If your pet does not have a pre-existing condition, you won’t be contacted.
