Child Pension - Apply

Applying online for a Halifax Stakeholder Pension Plan for under 18s is simple. When you complete the application form, we'll ask you to confirm that you have read the documents listed below, so you may wish to read them now.

 When completing your Stakeholder Pension Plan for
 under 18s we'll ask you for:

 Some details about the child and you as his or her guardian
 Which funds you wish to invest in or if you'd prefer the Lifestyle option (see 
 the Key Features document for details of the Lifestyle option)
 The current gross annual earnings of the child, if any
 How much you wish to contribute by lump sum and/or regular payment
 Beneficiaries (these are optional and can be changed by the member once
 he or she reaches 18)

 You will also need your:

 National Insurance number
 Bank account details
