When do I need to make my first repayment?

Your first repayment is due within one month from the date the loan is opened. We charge interest in the period between the date the loan is opened and your first repayment.

Can I change my payment date?

You can change your repayment date at any time by calling our Customer Service team on:

  • If your loan starts with 7/ call 08457 24 34 44 (lines open Monday to Friday 8am - 10pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am - 6pm)
  • If your loan starts with 84 call 08457 44 44 55 (lines open Monday to Friday 8am -10pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am - 6pm)
  • If your loan starts with 100 call 08456 04 72 92 (lines open Monday to Sunday 8am - 10pm).

Once the loan has been opened we cannot change the term of your loan.  But you can make over payments which means you'll repay the loan sooner.

In case of financial difficulties/struggling to meet repayments

If due to a change of circumstances you're struggling to repay the loan, please call us in confidence.

If you do not have repayment protection insurance, please call 08708 50 13 16 (lines open Monday to Friday 8.30am-7.30pm, Saturday 8.30am-12.30pm)  

If you do have loan insurance, please call 0845 606 1654 (lines open Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday 9am-1pm).

You cannot miss a payment and 'catch up' the following month.  If you miss a monthly payment, or are late in making a payment, you'll be charged a late payment charge of up to £25 which will be registered with a Credit Reference Agency and could affect your credit rating.
