Monthly repayments and loan term
Your first monthly repayment will be due three months after the date the loan was opened, although interest is charged between the start of your loan and your first monthly repayment.
If you choose the optional courier service to receive your loan documentation, the charge for the courier service will be payable one month before your first repayment.
You can change your repayment date by calling our Customer Service team on:

Your loan is a fixed term loan, this means once the loan has commenced, we are unable to change the overall term of the loan, However if you make part repayments the total amount repayable will be repaid sooner.
Unfortunately payment holidays are not available on unsecured loan repayments.
If due to a change of circumstances you are struggling to repay the loan and do not have repayment protection insurance, please call us in confidence to discuss your circumstances on 08708 50 13 16. Lines open 8.30am to 7.30pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 12.30pm on Saturday.
If you have loan insurance and are struggling to repay the loan call 0845 606 1654*. Lines open 8am to 6 pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturday.
You cannot miss a payment and 'catch up' the following month. If you miss a monthly payment, or are late in making a payment, you will incur a late payment charge of up to £25 and this will register with a Credit Reference Agency, which could affect your credit rating.
*Calls to 0845 numbers from BT landlines will cost a maximum of 4p per minute, plus a 6p call set up fee. The price of calls from other telephone companies will vary. The call price is correct at May 08.
