A fixed rate mortgage offers you peace of mind. The interest rate you are charged stays the same for a set amount of time.

You need to have a Halifax mortgage to take out a Further Advance. We could still help if you have your mortgage elsewhere – you could switch your mortgage to us and borrow extra at the same time.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
