Our opening hours
Our online service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Our telephone service is available 8am to 9.15pm Monday to Friday and 9am to1pm on Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and English bank holidays.

During the change between Greenwich Mean Time and British Summer Time our opening hours may not match those of the international markets.

You need to sign and return a Third Party Authorisation Form [PDF document, new window]. Alternatively, you can request a form by emailing us at customercare.hsdl@halifax.co.uk
