View your PIN
You can do this in our app
- Check your PIN in our app.
- It works for credit and debit cards. You need to be the main cardholder for your credit card.
- It's safe and secure. You can only view your PIN when you've securely signed in.
- Sign in to our app. Choose Manage card on the bottom right of the app.
- Select View PIN. Swipe to choose relevant card. You will only be able to view PIN on active cards.
- Select and hold the Reveal PIN button. Once you have seen your PIN, release the Reveal PIN button to hide it from view.
- That's it, you've viewed your PIN and can check it again anytime.

If you can’t view your PIN in our app
You can order a replacement PIN in Online Banking.
If you don’t bank online, you can request a PIN reminder over the phone. You should receive it in the post within five working days. Or you can visit your nearest branch.
Please note that for security purposes, we can’t give you your PIN over the phone.
