Service availability.

If you’re experiencing problems with one of our services you can check if we know about any issues, or if we have any planned maintenance. If you’re still having issues with one of our services, you should contact us.

When our services are running normally there could be isolated issues, for example, a single ATM not working or a minor disruption to Online Banking in the early hours of Sunday morning, when we often carry out maintenance. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.


Online Banking

Due to planned maintenance some services will not be available on the following dates and times:

Between 1am to 6am on Friday 18th January you will be unable to:

      • View credit card account balances
      • View credit card statement
      • Experience delays when making credit card payments in Online and Mobile Banking

Between 1am to 6am on Sunday 20th January you will be unable to:

      • View credit card statement
      • View account balances
      • Make transfers between accounts, pay bills or make UK and International payments
      • Set up new payments, change or cancel existing payments
      • Set up, change or cancel standing orders or direct debits
      • Apply for new accounts or upgrade existing accounts
      • Apply for a new overdraft facility or amend an existing one
      • Manage paper preferences for credit card accounts

All other services are unaffected.
