    Please note: Our mobile app for iPhones requires iOS 8.0 or above, but the minimum operating system requirement may change in the future. If your device is jailbroken or rooted you will be unable to use our app, but you can still access Online Banking through your browser.


    Touch ID uses your fingerprint, which is stored on your Apple device, to help you sign in easily. Your fingerprint is never stored with the Halifax.

    You can switch on Touch ID at anytime from Your Security Settings in the app menu. Or if you're new to the app, you can register for Touch ID when you register your mobile device.
