On 23 September Thomas Cook stopped trading. This means all holidays and flights booked with Thomas Cook have now been cancelled. We're sorry if you've been affected by this.

If your booking was not protected by ATOL or ABTA and you paid by debit card you can raise a claim with us by filling in the form below. We'll be in touch within 45 days to let you know if we're able to get your money back.

Please note - This form is only to be used with regards to debit card purchases from Thomas Cook. Please ensure you only input the required data relating to this dispute. Do not use the form to raise a complaint or capture additional details or any other disputes other than Thomas Cook.
