What happens now?

No more letters, emails, or texts will be sent out in the name of the deceased customer. Bear in mind this may take between two and eight weeks to stop fully.

If you have chosen to freeze any accounts, no further payments will be allowed to go in or out.

Unless we have any questions, we won’t contact you until you’re ready to continue the process.

What do you need to do next?
