Halifax Community forum is a 3 month pilot scheme to improve Online Banking services for Halifax customers.
Register below to browse the Community Forum and like or flag comments. We’ll then email a small number of registered users to interact with our labs and give real time feedback on their experience using our services.
If you’re selected to become an active user you’ll be able to let us know your suggestions for our app and Online Banking and we’ll put some of them into action.

If you’re lucky enough to be accepted for a phase of the pilot, you can then start adding comments and suggestions.

Browse the Community Forum and interact by liking and flagging comments.
As this is a 3 month trial, we’ll activate some of our registered users to interact with our labs as we go.
If you’re selected to take part in the Community Forum you’ll receive an email to let you know your registered account has been activated.
You’ll then be able to interact with our labs by posting comments and suggestions.
