You'll need to complete a Direct Debit Instruction form and return it to us. Or you can call us on 0345 727 3747 and we’ll make the change over the phone. We’re available Monday to Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 9am-4pm.
Whichever way you tell us, you're still covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits. We'll also write to you to confirm your Direct Debit Instruction.
You can change your payment date by calling us on 0345 727 3747. We’re available Monday to Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 9am-4pm.
Your Direct Debit will automatically change if your mortgage payment changes. For example, when a change in interest rate affects the payment amount. You won't need to take any action and we'll write to you to confirm the changes.
You won’t be able to change your agreed monthly payment amount we take by Direct Debit, but you have a few options to manage your payments:
