How to set up a regular overpayment


By Direct Debit

If you already pay by Direct Debit and you're registered for Online Banking, it's quick and easy to set up a regular overpayment online.

You'll need to use a desktop or laptop computer to set up a regular Direct Debit overpayment.

Not registered? No problem. Register for Online Banking.


By standing order

You can also set up regular overpayments by standing order from any bank using:

  • Sort code 30-00-00
  • Account number 00332275
  • Your 14 digit mortgage account number with 00 on the end as your reference e.g. 10**********00.

If you want to overpay a sub-account - use the two digit sub-account number instead e.g. 10**********02.

  • You'll need your 14 digit account number. If paying over the phone, please add 00 to the end e.g. 10**********00.
  • If you want to overpay a sub-account, use the two digit sub-account number instead e.g. 10************02.
  • We can only take debit card payments from customers named on the mortgage. We don't accept credit cards or debit Mastercards (cards beginning with a 5).
