Change of address
To update the address details we hold for your accounts, simply print off, complete then return our 'Change of address' form. (PDF opens in new window).
Please don't forget to sign the form as we can't carry out your request without a signature. We use the signature to verify your identity against signatures we hold for you - if we can't match these, we'll need to write to you. For joint accounts, both need to sign.
This 'Change of address' form should only be used for Bank Accounts, Savings, Credit Cards (Principal card holder only), Mortgages, Secured Loans and Personal Loans.
Once you've completed the form, please post back (stamp required) to:

Change of name - To change your name details, please visit your nearest branch, taking with you your original name-change documentation (Marriage Certificate, Deed Poll, etc).
Calls to 0845 numbers from BT landlines will cost a maximum of 4p per minute, plus a 6p call set up fee. The price of calls from other telephone companies will vary. The call price is correct at May 2008.
