If you suspect that you have been a victim of online fraud please contact us on 08456 02 00 00. Offshore customers should contact +44 1132 798 302. Customers who are overseas or who have hearing difficulties or speech impairments should visit our contact us page for further information.

Lost or stolen credit card?

Report your card lost or stolen if you’re registered for Online Banking.

Simply sign in and fill in our online form. You can do this by clicking on ’Lost or stolen cards’ located under the your account tools menu on My accounts.
