Getting in and out of our branches is usually easy with level or ramped access from pavements. Wherever possible, doors are automatic.
At some branches, steps are unavoidable and a 'Call Assistance' bell system has been installed, so that a member of staff can be called.
Some branches are fitted with the 'Servicecall' system so that customers with a Servicecall transmitter can alert a member of staff of their arrival.
Where branches have split-level banking halls, we provide internal ramps or wheelchair lifts.
Low-level counters and counter queue rails
Lower level writing surfaces are increasingly being provided at the counter. All branches have counter queing rails, often with lower level writing surfaces.
Our cash machines are generally installed at a lower level to make them easier to reach.
