It’s important that you keep your address up to date. Updating your address is easy – if you’re registered for Telephone Banking call us and we’ll make the change straight away.

If you’d prefer to visit us in branch, you’ll need to bring one government issued document and one additional supporting document to confirm your details.

You’ll need to complete our change of address form, sign it (For joint accounts, you both need to sign) and post the form to:

Please don't forget to sign the form as we can't carry out your request without a signature. We use the signature to verify your identity against signatures we hold for you - if we can't match these, we'll need to write to you.
Returned forms will be processed within 7 working days from receipt.
This change of address form should only be used for bank accounts, savings, credit cards (Principal card holder only), mortgages, secured Loans and personal Loans.
Offshore Banking must be advised directly of any changes to Currency Accounts.
For Insurance, you will still need to contact the Insurance company directly as your failure to do so could affect your insurance cover.
