What is a valuation?
We will carry out a valuation as standard to ensure the property is worth what you want to pay for it. We call this a level 1 Halifax valuation report.
You may want a more detailed survey done for your own peace of mind.
It will be done by a valuer or surveyor directly employed by us or by one our extensive panel of other valuation and surveying firms. Colleys are the specialist valuation and surveying service of Halifax.
