Our buildings insurance gives you:

• Standard cover of up to £400,000 with our blanket policy, so there’s no need to estimate your rebuilding cost
• The option to choose cover of up to £1,000,000 sum insured if you have more than 4 bedrooms or if you need more cover than our blanket policy
• Accidental damage cover to fixed glass as standard
• Up to 20% of the total sum insured for alternative accommodation should the worst happen – that’s up to £80,000 with our blanket policy!
• A voluntary excess so you can tailor the policy to suit your budget. Our compulsory excess is £50, to reduce your quote add £50 or £100 as a voluntary excess on top.
