Our buildings insurance gives you:

• Standard blanket cover of up to £400,000 so should the worst happen you can rebuild your home (you will need to specify your sum insured if the house you want to cover has more than 5 bedrooms)
• the option to choose cover of up to £1,000,000 sum insured if you need more than our standard blanket policy (prices may vary depending on the level of cover you choose)
• accidental damage cover to fixed glass as standard
• up to 20% of the total sum insured for alternative accommodation if your home was made uninhabitable due to an insured event - that's up to £80,000 with our blanket policy!
• a voluntary excess so you can tailor the policy to suit your budget. Our compulsory excess is £50, to reduce your quote add £50 or £100 as a voluntary excess on top..
