Halifax gives you extra cover for your possessions that are at the highest risk of loss or damage.
Halifax Home Options Insurance covers high risk items up to a 33% of your total sum insured. So with our blanket cover of £50,000 you'll get up to £16,500 of high risk items cover. That's why you can afford to replace all those things in the home that often get damaged or stolen first. Items like TV's, jewellery and home entertainment equipment are all covered as standard.
And that's not just for theft, the high risk items cover will also include damage from escape of water, fire, malicious damage and more!
While obtaining a quote you need to select the amount of your most expensive single high risk item up to the value of £7,500.
That's right, all your favourite possessions are covered:
- televisions, jewellery, hi-fis, other home entertainment equipment and more
- you choose the amount for your most expensive single item from £500, £1,000, £1,500, £2,000, £2,500, £3,000, £5,000 and £7,500
