Home Emergency Cover

Halifax Home Emergency Cover helps give you total peace of mind by protecting you against the cost of emergency repairs which wouldn’t normally be covered. It ensures you can act quickly to do whatever is necessary to make your home safe and secure so that you can avoid further damage. Or make your home fit to live in by restoring your electricity, gas or water services if they have totally failed.

We make sure you can act fast without worrying about the cost of repairs:

• Up to £500 towards call-out charges, labour costs, parts and materials for each insured incident
• In an emergency we aim to provide a contractor within 2 to 4 hours
• No excess to pay on claims
• £100 overnight accommodation for each insured incident
• Home Emergency claims do not affect the no claims discount on your policy

Additional cover can be arranged including Buildings and Contents Accidental Damage, Legal Expenses, and Personal Belongings.
