Halifax Legal Expenses Cover is designed to give you the right support to protect and negotiate your legal rights. It's almost like having your own personal lawyer as it provides up to £50,000 cover.
The types of legal issues that are covered include:
- employment issues such as unfair dismissal
- tax protection against HM Revenue and Customs investigation
- property protection for things such as boundary disputes
- claims for legal expenses don't affect your household no claims discount.
You can add legal expenses cover to your annual policy for just £19.99.
