Policy Changes
To make adjustments to your policy, e.g. change of name, or change of correspondence address, you can complete the online policy changes form or call us on 0845 600 6001 (8am to 8pm Monday - Friday or 8am to 5pm Saturday).
To let us know that your contact/email details have changed:
Call us on 0845 600 6001 (8am to 8pm Monday - Friday or 8am to 5pm Saturday) with your revised details or complete the online policy changes form. Please always remember to provide your policy number and contact details.
Your renewal documents including your renewal premium will be issued 30 days before your renewal is due.
If you have any single high risk items valued at more than £1,500:
If they fall into any of the following categories; televisions, personal computers, audio and video equipment, photographic equipment, jewellery and items made from precious metals, clocks, watches, furs, paintings, works of art, stamp and coin collections, and are above the single item limit of £1,500 these can be covered under specified items cover.
To amend the details on your policy at a later date, e.g. adding a specified item please call us on 0845 600 6001 (8am to 8pm Monday - Friday or 8am to 5pm Saturday).
