Policy changes
To make adjustments to your policy, e.g. to change your contact details such as your name, or change the correspondence address please give us a call on the numbers below. Please have your policy number to hand so you get through to the right person first time.

Renewal documents
Your renewal documents including your renewal premium will be issued 30 days before your renewal is due.
Problems
Although we aim to please, we want you to tell us if you have problems.
If you are having problems buying online, including problems with card payments, please contact our Sales Centre on 0800 085 6844 quoting ref: IT01 (opening hours Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm or Saturday 9am - 1pm ).
