Making a home insurance claim

Should you need to make a claim, you can rest assured that Halifax Home Insurance will be with you every step of the way.

When you call you will need to have with you:

  • Your policy number
  • Full details of your claim
  • Any quotes you have received to put right the damage.

Have a look at your policy number and call the number below that matches. Our UK based advisers will be happy to help you find the information you need. Remember you will need to have your policy number to hand as this will determine which number you call.

Home insurance claim

To register a home insurance claim you need to give us a call on the numbers below:

Home emergency claim

To make a claim on your Home Emergency Cover please call us on the numbers below:

Legal expenses
