You'll have your own dedicated Halifax Personal Claims Consultant if we have to visit your home to discuss your claim.

We'll arrange repair or replacement of damaged items within 24 hours of your agreement, plus you'll receive payment five days after you have agreed your settlement claim with us.
Expert
Work carried out by our recommended builders or approved contractors and is guaranteed for 12 months.
