Step 1 – We transfer your ISA 
  • Return the form to us and our transfer team will request funds from your existing provider
  • You'll earn interest from the day we receive your transfer form provided that your funds are free to transfer. If you are transferring the current year's subscriptions, you simply need to tell us how much you are transferring

Step 2 – We complete the transfer and make sure your new account is up and running
  • We aim to complete the transfer process within 15 working days of receiving your completed transfer application form
  • If you have requested a fixed rate ISA we will fix the rate from the day the account is opened
  • We will write to you to confirm the transfer is complete
