If you want to save each month and want access to your savings when you need it - a Halifax Monthly Saver could be for you

• Minimum opening balance - from as little as £5
• Maximum balance - up to £1000 for your first deposit, followed by up to £500 each month
• Up to 2 deposits - can be made within each month (at least 1 by standing order)
• Manage your savings - in branch using a passbook and view online
• Applying is easy - it only takes 5 minutes to apply online, pop into branch or call 0845 601 8150
• UK's No 1 for savings - no one helps more people grow their savings than Halifax*
• Withdrawals - 1 withdrawal a year without loss of interest or bonus. 2 withdrawals a year without loss of interest but you will not receive a bonus for that year

If you make more 3 or more withdrawals in a year your account will become a Liquid Gold account. You won't receive a bonus for the part of the year before the change, although you will receive the Monthly Saver excluding bonus interest for that time.
