Recording of Calls
We may record or monitor telephone calls to or from us. We do this to help maintain the quality of our service and to train our staff.
We'll perform a search with a licensed credit reference agency who will keep a record of our search. We do this to establish your credit worthiness only and not to extend a line of credit.
We’re always looking at ways to improve our share dealing service and may sometimes ask you to complete a survey to get your opinion. We’ll never ask for account specific information and our questions will always be general in nature.
