Lost or stolen debit or credit card?

Don’t worry, you can report your lost or stolen card online if you’re registered for Online Banking. Simply sign in and fill in our online form.

We’ll cancel your card quickly and arrange for a replacement to be posted to you within 3-5 working days.

You can also do it on the move using our Mobile Banking app.

Are you planning to go abroad soon?

If you're planning to go abroad and use your debit card, don't forget to tell us. We always look out for unusual activity on your account, so let us know your travel plans and we'll expect to see international spending on your card.

You can set a travel flag on your card through Online Banking using our simple online form. It only takes a few minutes to add your travel details.

Alternatively call us to set a travel flag over the phone on 0345 720 30 40 for your debit card, or 0345 944 45 55 for your credit card or visit your local branch.

Remember to ensure your contact numbers are up to date. You can do this either online, over the phone or in branch.
