View your card details
You can do this in our app
- Use our app to view your credit or debit card details.
- Buy things online or over the phone even if you don't have your card to hand.
- It's safe and secure. You can only view your card when you've securely logged in.
For new accounts you can start using this feature as soon as the application process is complete.
Your card details are stored safely within our app and can only be accessed once you've logged in securely.
Mobile Banking app guide
- Sign in to our app. Then select Manage card on the bottom right of the app.
- Select View card details from the list.
- Choose the card you want to view then select View card details again. This will display your 16 digit card number. You can only view details of active cards.
- You can copy your card number by selecting Tap to copy and pasting it into the checkout you’re using. Select Hide card number to hide it once you’re done.
- Select Show security code to see your 3 digit code. This can be used to make a purchase online or over the phone. Select Hide security code to hide your 3 digit code from view.
- That's it. You can go into the app anytime and view your card details.

If you have mobile notifications switched on, you will get an alert when your card details are ready to view. You can open this notification to view your new card details in the app.
Credit cards
It depends on when you reported your card as lost or stolen:
- Reported before 5pm Monday to Friday – your card details will be available the next day.
- Reported after 5pm Monday to Thursday - your card details will be available within two days.
- Reported after 5pm on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday - your card details will be available the following Tuesday.
