Set up our app
- Scan the QR code (desktop only) or select Download app (mobile) to install the app.
- Once open, select Sign in if you already use Online Banking. If not, select Register and follow our registration guide
- Enter your User ID and password. Use the same details you do for Online Banking.
- Next, enter 3 characters of your memorable information as indicated.
- Now we'll do a quick security check to confirm it's you. Select a number for us to call you on.
- You'll get a 4-digit code on your screen. We'll call you and ask you to say or key the code that comes up on your phone.
- All done, you're up and running.
