Paying subscriptions

You can view, cancel and block regular subscription payments in our Mobile Banking app.

A subscription is a way to make frequent payments to a service provider. You might use a subscription for streaming, payday loan repayments and gym memberships. You set one up using your card details.

The service provider takes money from your debit or credit card when they think it’s is due. You can see these transactions in our Mobile Banking app.

It’s not the same as a Direct Debit, when you use your account number and sort code.

Subscriptions can also be called recurring card payments, Continuous Payment Authorities or CPAs.
