It’s simple to manage the people and companies you need to pay.

Mobile Banking app - step by step guide

Pick an account

Tap the ‘Pay & Transfer’ icon underneath the account you want to manage recipients for.

Tap ‘Choose who to pay’.

Add, pay or delete a recipient

To add a recipient tap ‘Pay someone new’. To pay or delete an existing recipient, tap ‘Manage’ next to their details.  

Done!

You've added, paid or deleted that recipient.

Android devices

If you don’t have our app, and you have an Android mobile phone or tablet, you can download it from the Play Store. 

 

Apple devices

If you don’t have our app, and you have an iPhone or iPad, you can download it from the App Store.

 

Online Banking - step by step guide

The steps below are for paying or deleting someone you've paid before. To add a new recipient in Online Banking, see our guide to paying someone new.

Pick an account

Select ‘More actions’ next to the account you want to manage recipients for.

Click ‘Payments and Transfers’, then ‘Manage Recipients’.

Pay or delete a recipient

Manage your existing recipients using the ‘Pay’ link or ‘X’ icon.

Done!

You've paid or deleted that recipient.

Please note: To use our Mobile Banking app you need to have a valid phone number registered to your account and be set up to manage your accounts using Online Banking. Our app is available to iPhone and Android users only and minimum operating systems apply, so check the App Store or Google Play for details. Device registration required. The app doesn’t work on jailbroken or rooted devices. We don’t charge you for Mobile Banking, but your mobile operator may charge for some services, please check with them.
