It's easier to manage your money when you know which account is which.

Mobile Banking app - step by step guide

Pick an account

Tap the ‘...’ icon next to the account you want to rename.

Rename it

Tap ‘Rename account’.

Type a name that works for you and tap ‘Rename’. 

Done!

You've successfully renamed your account.

Android devices

If you don’t have our app, and you have an Android mobile phone or tablet, you can download it from the Play Store. 

 

Apple devices

If you don’t have our app, and you have an iPhone or iPad, you can download it from the App Store.

 

Online Banking - step by step guide

Pick an account

Select ‘More actions’ next to the account you want to rename. 

Then select ‘Account Services’. 

Rename it

Under the ‘Admin’ section choose ‘Rename account’.

Type a name that works for you, and hit ‘Rename’.

Done!
