If you're not registered for Online Banking, you can visit us in branch or call us. You can also pay by post.
You’ll need your 16-digit credit card number if you call us.
- Just the minimum. We'll take the minimum payment due plus any instalment plan payment.
- The full statement balance. We'll take the outstanding account balance when your statement was produced. If you have a direct debit set up to pay your overall balance and you have an instalment plan we will adjust your direct debit to cover your main balance in full and any instalment plan payments.
- An amount set by you. If this set amount is less than the minimum payment due, we'll take the minimum payment plus any instalment plan payment due.
- You usually pay a percentage and it's not enough to cover your minimum payment.
- You have any missed payments or reduce your payment to avoid putting your account into credit.
You can change your payment due date to better suit your needs. For example, if you usually receive your salary later than your due date falls.
The fastest way to do this is through our Mobile Banking app or Online Banking on a laptop or desktop computer.
Just be aware, your change may apply to a future payment, rather than the next one, depending on when you make your request.
