If you’re not ready to talk to a bereavement adviser directly, you can start the process by filling out a form online. Then when you’re ready to continue the process you can call us on 0800 028 1057 or drop into your local branch.
By filling out the form, we’ll stop any future marketing letters, emails and texts. You can also choose to freeze any bank accounts and savings accounts if you want. Bear in mind this will stop any incoming payments as well as outgoing payments, like bills and direct debits.
