What's next?

Step 1

Get an Agreement in Principle (AIP)

An AIP lets you know if you can apply for a mortgage with us and how much you could borrow.

We'll ask some questions to find out a bit about you, as well as your income and outgoings. We ask this so we can make the right decision, first time.

Things to know about AIP:

  • Find out if you can borrow and how much.
  • It only takes 15 minutes.
  • We'll only do a soft credit check which won't change your credit score.
Step 2

Choose how to continue

Let us know what's best for you. You can always change your mind once you've got your AIP.
