Apply for an Agreement in Principle (AIP)

An AIP lets you know if you can apply for a mortgage with us and how much you could borrow.

We'll ask some questions to find out a bit about you, such as your income and outgoings. The information you provide will allow us to make the right decision, first time.

Things to know about AIP:

  • It takes about 15 minutes
  • We’ll only do a soft credit check which won’t change your credit score
  • You’ll need details of your income and outgoings, and your addresses for the last 3 years
