How do I claim my prize?
You will need to go into a branch to claim your prize. When we write to you we'll confirm how to arrange a branch visit to do this. We will require winners to provide reasonable proof of their identity and that they were living in England, Wales or Scotland as at the end of the month before the Draw took place.
Can I use the same document to verify ID & address?
Yes, if the document contains all the relevant information and can verify these criteria. Please remember that when verifying an address, the document must have an issue or post date of no more than 3 months prior to the Draw date.
How will I receive my prize?
We will need to do some checks before we can make any payment.
For any winners of £1,000, we will pay the prize directly into the account from which we have set up your direct debit to collect your mortgage payment within 30 days of the Draw.
If you're lucky enough to win the top prizes the mortgage balance will be paid off (up to a maximum of £300,000). Payment will be made directly to the mortgage account. There is no cash alternative. If you have more than one part to your loan, we will reduce each part by the same proportion that we apply your monthly payments. Any early repayment charges which would normally be payable will be waived.
