£10 coffee card offer – terms and conditions

The promoter of this offer is Scottish Widows Limited, 25 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7HN, part of Lloyds Banking Group. This offer is for customers who meet the qualifying criteria.

To qualify for the £10 coffee gift card

  • The customer must attend their scheduled appointment.
  • The appointment must result in a recorded outcome.

An outcome may include (but is not limited to) a completed discussion, recommendation, next steps agreed, or a decision not to proceed.

Customers who do not attend their appointment, cancel or fail to engage will not qualify for the offer.

Eligible customers will receive one £10 digital coffee gift card. The offer is limited to 1 gift card per scheduled appointment, regardless of the number of customers attending. Each customer is eligible to receive a maximum of 1 gift card in total, even if they attend more than one appointment.

There is no cash alternative, and the gift card cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Gift cards will be issued after eligibility has been confirmed and will be sent by email within 30 days of the appointment to the address provided by the customer.

The gift card will be supplied and administered by Simply Thank You Limited, who act as a fulfilment partner and are not part of Lloyds Banking Group.

Gift cards will be subject to the terms, conditions and expiry dates set by the gift card provider. Expired gift cards cannot be reissued.

Scottish Widows reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. Scottish Widows may withhold a gift card where it reasonably suspects fraud, misuse or gaming of the offer.
