What is a financial goals appointment?

It’s a free, one-to-one 60-minute video appointment with one of our experienced Relationship Managers. They’ll take the time to understand your short, medium and long-term financial goals.

Appointments available 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 5pm Saturdays.

How could this help me?

When setting goals, you sometimes need guidance on how to get the ball rolling. We can help you do just that. By taking time to find out where you want to be, we can then suggest ways of helping you make your goals a reality.

You can talk to us about things like:

  • your everyday banking
  • growing your savings
  • your borrowing options
  • protecting what's important to you
  • planning for the future
  • support opening a product
  • getting more from your existing products.

What's an appointment like?

You’ll have a one-to-one video call with a Relationship Manager. The call starts with them getting to know you and your financial situation better. They’ll then know how to support you best and where to take the conversation.

Throughout the call, they’ll use their knowledge and expertise to guide you on taking steps towards your goals. They’ll also take you through the products and services we offer that may help you on the way to achieving your goals.

If you’d like help with your online banking, you can also share your screen for further support.

Do you need to prepare anything

To get the most out of your appointment, it’s best to come prepared with details you feel are relevant for discussion.

These could be:

  • current credit commitments
  • income and expenditure 
  • savings and investment portfolios
  • details of any existing insurance and protection policies you may have could help.

Every bit of information you share will help us have a great conversation with you about your goals.

Help setting up a call

Before the call, we recommend setting yourself up on Microsoft Teams and making sure you can log in to your online banking. This helps to make sure things go smoothly on the day.
