They'll carry on being paid into and from your account as usual. You don't need to do anything differently or notify anyone because your account details won't be changing.
Yes. All the features and benefits you get with your account will stay the same and you can carry on using them as normal. We'll let you know if anything’s going to change in the future.
You'll be asked to use the app that matches the brand of card you're paying with. For example, if you're paying with a Halifax card, you'll be prompted to use the Halifax app. If you're paying with a Lloyds card, you'll be prompted to use the Lloyds app.
Once you’ve moved to the Lloyds app, all future payments you make with your Halifax card will be approved in the Lloyds app.
Yes. Your money will continue to be protected under the same terms of the scheme. As a reminder, eligible deposits held with Halifax are protected alongside deposits held with Bank of Scotland and Bank of Scotland Private Banking within Bank of Scotland plc.
No. Your Halifax debit card won't change right away. You don’t need to do anything now and you can carry on using your Halifax debit card as normal. We'll be in touch in the future when it’s time for us to send your new Lloyds debit card.
No. Your PIN will stay the same. You can carry on using it as normal and view it in your app.
