Yes. If you currently look after them using Halifax online banking, you'll soon need to use Lloyds online banking instead. If you already have Lloyds online banking, you can now use your existing login details to look after these accounts on a desktop. If you don't have any accounts with Lloyds, Halifax or Bank of Scotland, but do use online banking to look after someone else's Halifax accounts, see the relevant section.
If we’ve been notified that someone can’t look after their own accounts anymore, we’ll communicate with the person who’s legally authorised to act for them, for example, their representative, rather than contacting them directly.
Where we hold instructions to communicate through a legally authorised representative, we’ll send communications to that representative instead. If you haven't received communication regarding this change, see the relevant section.
You can’t see or look after someone else's accounts in the Lloyds app, but you can use a browser on your desktop or mobile. You can only use the app to look after your own accounts.

Nothing will change about who can act on your behalf or what they can do. Your existing arrangements will continue, and you won't lose access or control. If your legally authorised person looks after your accounts online, the way they access them will change. We'll let them know if they need to take any action.
Over the next few months, we’ll be in touch to invite you move to the Lloyds app and online banking because we’ll be closing them for Halifax. They work in a similar way, so should feel familiar and just as easy to use.
No. You don’t need to do anything. Your accounts and arrangements will continue as they are.
Yes. Your authorised person will be able to carry on looking after your accounts. If they manage your accounts online, they’ll need to take specific action, which we’ll let them know about.
