If you use the Halifax app, we’ll invite you to start using the Lloyds app instead. You’ll be able to carry on using HelloHome to manage your Halifax mortgage there. The Lloyds app is similar to Halifax, so it should feel familiar.

If you don’t currently use online or mobile banking, you can start using the Lloyds app now to see your existing Halifax accounts. Once you’ve downloaded it, you can set it up using your Halifax account details.
