We also need
- Your policy number. If your policy starts with ‘HRP’, you’ll need to head the Renters make a claim page. For everything else, you’re in the right place.
- Your bank details, in case we need to pay you
- A list of what’s been stolen, lost or damaged
What happens next
- We’ll let you know if you’re covered and if there is any excess to pay
- We’ll email a link so you can upload proof like receipts, photos or videos

As soon as you’ve done this you will get an email with some next steps. This will include a link to upload your documents. Please make sure you send these to us so we can process your claim. This is really important as without them your claim will be delayed. Once received, we will contact you as soon as we can.
