We want to help you get online

The Digital Helpline is offering free 1-2-1 training sessions to build our customers and their loved ones’ confidence online.

Each lesson will be personalised to your needs, making sure you are a pro in no time.

You’ll learn to…

  • Set up a device and connect to the internet
  • Create an email account and send emails
  • Sign up for Online Banking and bank online
  • Book a doctors appointment
  • Shop online for groceries
  • Stay in touch with family and friends through video calls

Call the Digital Helpline for a chat so that they can answer any questions you may have. They can then book in your lessons to suit you.

We’ll never get in touch to ask you to move money to another account, for your banking details or to take control of a computer. The Digital Helpline won’t do this either.
